Tips : Use honeyview 64bit in portable mode [Windows]

1. Download latest 64bit installer
2. Unzip "HONEYVIEW-SETUP.exe" with 7zip
3. Open "config.ini", change is_portable = 0 TO is_portable = 1
4. Delete "$PLUGINSDIR" folder and "Uninstall.exe" file
5. Done
